Includes a sampler of vendors who will participate in the boutique with an opportunity to purchase showhouse tickets in advance and order spring flowering bulbs to be picked up for autumn planting after the house opens.

Sunday, Oct. 3 - 11 a.m.- 4 p.m. - Arts & Antiquity featuring approximately 49 area artists and their work; appraisals by Gloria Moroni and Judith Moroni Martin, both certified appraisers of personal property; appraisals $5 per item - proceeds benefit the Oak Park River Forest Infant Welfare Society. A house tour ticket (advance $20; $25 at the door) is required.

Friday, Oct. 15 - 7-9 p.m. Maher & Maher - combined tour of two George Washington Maher-designed properties - Erwin House and nearby Pleasant Home (a National Historic Landmark) - for one $25 ticket.

Oct. 4 - 1-3 p.m. High Tea, House Tour and "How to Make a Perfect Cup of Tea'' demonstration by Todd & Holland - $40.
