Infant Welfare Society
The Clinic
The Clinic serves children from birth to age 18 whose families are unable to afford private health care and whose family incomes meet the Federal Poverty Income guidelines.  The primary service area is Oak Park and River Forest but children from surrounding suburban communities are welcomed as space permits. The Clinic shares space with the Oak Park Health Department and the CEDA Women Infant Children Nuitrition Program.  Although the Clinic charges a modest sliding fee scale, the Infant Welfare Society believes that no child should be refused service due to inability to pay.

Medical
Dental
The Medical Clinic services include physical examinations, immunizations, development assessments, social service referral and asthma patient education.
The Dental Clinic provides oral health examinations, cleanings and restorations.
